Throughout the shift, you’ll pause to capture notes, update progress, and touch base with teammates so everyone stays aligned on what’s ready and what needs another look. As check-in times shift, you’ll adjust calmly, keeping your eye on the small details guests notice. You’ll finish by confirming open items are clearly communicated and closing out your documentation before heading out.
