Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, and other common spaces
• Support housekeeping with trash removal, supply runs, and light laundry assistance
• Help with room/space setups as requested and keep items organized
• Watch for safety concerns and respond promptly to guest needs with a customer-first mindset

A Shift Snapshot

You'll start by checking in with your lead for the day's priorities, then head out across the property to keep everything guest-ready as arrivals and departures ebb and flow. You'll move between areas, handle quick requests as they come in, and coordinate with teammates so nothing gets missed. As the shift winds down, you'll do a final walkthrough, note anything that needs follow-up, and hand off updates so the next shift can pick up seamlessly.
