Job description
Salary range: $110,000 - $135,000 annually, plus bonus potential. The Architectural Job Captain (Associate Architectural Manager) is responsible for supporting all phases of the design-build delivery process, with a focus on programming, design, quality, and best practices. This role contributes to project design and technical reviews and partners with project teams, ensuring alignment with project vision, function, aesthetic, and financial goals in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.
