Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Workforce Transformation

We are looking for an individual to join our Workforce Transformation team under the Manpower & Talent Division to drive employment facilitation initiatives to address the manpower needs of the Community Care sector. This role involves forging strong partnerships with key stakeholders to co-create sustainable solutions while supporting AIC’s mission to provide quality care for Singapore’s ageing population.

Drive initiatives to support the Community Care Sector’s in workforce transformation efforts Engage and work closely with HR partners in the Community Care sector to encourage adoption of various manpower programmes Manage the value chain of manpower programmes including conceptualisation, marketing, implementation, and administration of schemes Administration support for meetings with internal and external parties including but not limited to ministries, consultants, and Community Care Organisations.

Manage any other ad-hoc sector projects as assigned Job Requirements Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience Experience in project management or HR processes would be advantageous Possess strong analytical and diagnostic skills, meticulous with a high level of integrity. Able to work flexibly with limited SOPs and processes Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
