Senior Executive - Client Grants Processing

This role oversees grant eligibility assessments and scheme administration while driving process improvements, system enhancements, and effective stakeholder collaboration. Assess applicants' eligibility for national schemes based on established policies, frameworks, and governance requirements. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the effective implementation and administration of grant schemes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing business processes, identifying operational gaps, and developing practical solutions to enhance service delivery and governance. Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement system enhancements, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and optimize business processes.

Contribute to the design and implementation of operational workarounds and process controls to cater to emerging business needs. Support strategic and operational projects, as well as other administrative responsibilities, as assigned. Job Requirements Degree in any discipline. Relevant experience in back-office or grant administration is preferred.
