Bakery Manager

Palermo's is hiring a Bakery Manager for our West Milwaukee facility. Lead a three-shift bakery operation, driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement in pizza crust production. This role involves developing Bakery Leads, ensuring consistent product quality, and upholding food safety/GMP standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency, manage staffing, and implement process improvements. We seek a leader with 3-5+ years of bakery manufacturing management experience, strong process knowledge, and a proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
