Switchboard Assembly Supervisor

James Moore & Co., P.L.’s HR Solutions team is currently partnering with Goshen Engineering in the search for a hands-on Switchboard Assembly Supervisor to directly supervise an assigned Switchboard Assembly team within Production and support the safe, efficient, and quality-focused assembly of switchboards and integrated electrical systems.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role leads Electrical Assembly Technician I-III employees and designated Leads, plans and prioritizes work, monitors production and quality, develops employees, and coordinates resources and technical support needed to meet production and delivery expectations.
