Title: Grocery Store Assistant Manager – Front End Focus Job Description Snow’s Family Market, an independent, family-owned grocery staple in Mercer, WI, is seeking a motivated Grocery Store Assistant Manager to lead our front-end operations. Compensation, Hours, & Perks Starting Wage: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, scaled to your experience. Retention Incentives: Up to $2,000 available in performance-based bonuses. Premium Pay: Earn an extra +$2.00/hour for all Sunday and holiday shifts.

Your Core Responsibilities Manage daily checkout and cashier operations to ensure an excellent customer experience. Direct, support, and supervise front-end team members throughout their shifts. Maintain a highly efficient, smooth-running storefront and handle guest inquiries. Assist on the sales floor with restocking shelves, cleaning, and general tasks as required.

Promote a helpful, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

We Look For Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate. Exceptional communication skills and natural leadership abilities. The capability to stay organized and multitask in a busy retail setting. Strong reliability, a great work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
