Retail Operations & Customer Service Supervisor Snow’s Family Market – Mercer, Wisconsin Pay: $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Available Snow’s Family Market is seeking a dependable, organized individual to join our team as a Retail Operations & Customer Service Supervisor .

This position plays an important role in keeping our front end organized, properly staffed, and focused on providing excellent customer service. The role combines hands-on retail leadership with administrative and office responsibilities, making it a good fit for someone who enjoys working with both people and day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate front-end staffing, employee breaks, and daily work assignments. Help maintain efficient checkout operations and strong customer service. Support and provide direction to cashiers and other front-end employees. Respond to customer questions, concerns, and service issues. Train new cashiers and assist with ongoing employee coaching.

Help monitor front-end performance and identify areas needing attention. Assist with new-hire paperwork and employee onboarding. Maintain employee forms, records, and front-end paperwork. Answer phones and assist with customer and general office inquiries. Help maintain store signage, pricing information, and other communications.

Assist management with administrative work, special projects, and other operational needs. Perform basic cash-office duties. Assist on registers and elsewhere in the store when business needs require it. What We’re Looking For Retail, customer service, supervisory, or office experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Friendly and professional customer-service approach. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable taking initiative. Ability to provide direction and support to employees. Comfortable balancing office work with hands-on retail responsibilities. Basic computer and office skills. Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a busy environment.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants . Full-time positions are generally scheduled approximately 36–40 hours per week . Part-time schedules may vary based on availability, experience, and store needs.

Full-Time Benefits Eligible full-time employees receive additional benefits including: +$2.00 per hour for Sunday and holiday shifts.
