YOUR ROLE

Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and resilience of cloud-native platforms and customer-facing services. Drive automation, observability, and operational excellence across distributed systems. Implement and maintain end-to-end monitoring, logging, tracing, and reliability metrics. Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Proactively identify system bottlenecks, performance risks, and operational improvements. Partner with Development, Architecture, Security, and Data teams to embed reliability throughout the SDLC.

YOUR PROFILE

Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, production operations, and high-availability environments. Proven expertise in incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and on-call support. Hands-on experience with Linux, containerization, and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Solid knowledge of observability platforms, including Open. Telemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Splunk.Senior-level experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and security tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible). Good understanding of networking, distributed systems, Agile delivery practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
