Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Manage federal government construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including scheduling, subcontractors, budgets, and project coordination. Projects range from $10M–$30M .

Key Responsibilities

Manage project planning, buyout, scheduling, and subcontractors. Control project budgets, costs, and schedules. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and field teams. Ensure projects meet schedule, quality, and financial goals.

Requirements

8+ years of Construction Project Management experience with Federal Government projects . Strong knowledge of USACE 3-Phase Quality Control . Experience managing $10M+ construction projects. Strong budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and contract negotiation skills. Ability to read construction drawings/specifications.
