We are looking for Heavy-Line and Master Technicians who can perform advanced diagnostics and major repairs in a fast-paced shop.

Perform advanced diagnostics and major repairs, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems. Utilize Volkswagen factory diagnostic tools, including ODIS, to identify and resolve complex vehicle concerns. Interpret diagnostic results and technical information to determine appropriate repairs. Accurately document work performed and complete repair orders.

Communicate repair findings, recommendations, and repair status with Service Advisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following dealership procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of Heavy-Line or Master Technician experience. Volkswagen factory certification preferred; strong Volkswagen repair experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns. Experience using professional diagnostic equipment and technical service information.

Strong troubleshooting, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
