Finance & Insurance Manager

Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager Puente Hills Volkswagen | City of Industry, CA Puente Hills Volkswagen is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. We’re looking for a customer-focused professional with automotive dealership finance experience who can help customers secure financing, present protection products, and ensure every deal is completed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.

What You’ll Do Present financing, leasing, vehicle service contracts, and other available protection products to customers. Explain finance options, aftermarket products, warranties, and dealership programs clearly and professionally.

Submit credit applications to lending institutions, obtain approvals, and structure competitive financing and leasing options. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financing sources. Prepare, review, and complete all required sales and finance documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure all transactions comply with applicable federal and California laws, regulations, and dealership policies. Work closely with the sales team, Sales Managers, and Accounting Department to ensure a smooth transaction process. Support and train sales staff on finance and lease programs, available protection products, and dealership procedures.

Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding documentation and funding requirements. What We’re Looking For Previous automotive dealership F&I experience. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lending programs, and aftermarket products. Knowledge of applicable federal and California automotive finance regulations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor, integrity, and a commitment to ethical sales practices. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
