Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time 📍 Signature Bend Home Health | Bend, OR 🌲 Territories Include: Redmond, Terrebonne, Crooked River Ranch, and Prineville Join a team that values compassionate care, clinical excellence, and meaningful relationships. As a Full-Time Physical Therapist , you'll provide one-on-one care that helps patients regain independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

What You'll Do

✅ Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans ✅ Provide skilled physical therapy services in the home setting ✅ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members ✅ Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs ✅ Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Qualifications ✔️ Current Oregon Physical Therapist License ✔️ Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation ✔️ Home Health experience preferred, but not required ✔️ Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills Why Join Signature Bend Home Health?
