Lead and inspire a team of EHS managers across multiple countries to deliver excellence and embed a proactive safety culture.
Drive innovation in safety technologies, environmental systems, and sustainability practices. Influence investment decisions and shape the future of EHS in a dynamic, multi-country landscape. Ensure compliance with PepsiCo’s global standards and local regulations.
Who You Are
10+ years of leadership experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or large-scale manufacturing. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred). Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in a matrix and double-hat structure.
Demonstrated experience driving culture change, embedding EHS ownership across functions and levels. Passionate about creating safe, sustainable, and high-performing workplaces. Fluent in English; knowledge of an Eastern European language (e.g. Polish, Romanian, Ukrainian) is an advantage. Willingness to travel frequently across the region (~40%).

We’re looking for a visionary East Europe EHS Senior Manager to lead PepsiCo’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) strategy across East Europe and the Balkans. In this purpose-driven role, you’ll be protecting people, empowering teams, and shaping a safer, more sustainable future across 12 manufacturing sites and over 5,000 employees.
You’ll also champion PepsiCo Positive (PEP+) by embedding sustainability and decarbonization principles into site operations—driving impact that goes beyond compliance and into long-term transformation.
