Hospitality Assistant

The Hospitality Assistant provides support to residents by assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Hospitality Assistants are an extension of the CNA team, focusing on non-clinical homemaker and companion tasks so CNAs can concentrate on direct care responsibilities. In exchange for a commitment of employment at NCHC, we will cover all class costs, material fees and 3 exam attempts. Receive the CNA training class paid for upfront by NCHC, followed up with an offer for a position as a CNA upon successful completion of the CNA class and exams. As a CNA at Mount View Care Center, your number one job is to enhance the lives of our residents by providing Person-Centered care in our brand-new Wausau facility.
