Role summary

Advise on U.S. merger control, including HSR filings, agency strategy, timing, advocacy, and remediation planning. Run substantive and process work for Second Request compliance, including custodians, collections, review workflows, and production strategy. Manage a 2R review day-to-day, including supervising associates and contract review teams.

Work across industries, with frequent exposure to technology and life sciences matters. Candidate profile 3–6 years of antitrust experience with a real mergers mix.
