Senior Manager, Digital Banking

Responsibilities

Lead team and plan business strategies for digital banking channels including internet banking and mobile banking for personal and SME customers. Explore and implement new digital banking solutions and initiatives for the Bank. Drive projects to enhance the digital banking channels from business perspective. Work with IT and other stakeholders to explore new solutions.

Get support from business teams to initiate projects and liaise with business teams throughout the projects. Accountable for digital adoption and usage KPIs. Ensure internet activities comply with regulatory requirements and protect the best interest of customers. Monitor the usage of digital banking services and monitor the market trend.

Prepare competitors' benchmarking and analysis. Assist other divisions or bank's subsidiaries in driving digital channel initiatives To meet the challenge, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, Information Technology, Fintech or related disciplines At least 10 years relevant experience in banking industry with proven track records in digital banking service development, include e-Banking and mobile banking channels.

Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor Strong sense in user experience Self-motivated with strong analytical and planning skills Detail-oriented & able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule Excellent communication and leadership skill SME business background is an advantage Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
