What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of apartment industry experience preferred Section 42 Tax Credit experience preferred Strong customer service, sales, hospitality, or leasing background Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong attention to detail A desire to learn, grow, and build a career in property management A valid driver's license , auto insurance, and reliable transportation Don't have experience in every area?

What You'll Do

Conduct community and apartment tours for prospective residents Process rental applications and prepare move-in documentation Submit and follow up on maintenance requests Build positive relationships with prospects and residents Assist with leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction Why Join Pedcor?
