Logistics Intern

Responsible for the effective and seamless planning and execution of inventory management related tasks and activities. Ensure proper inventory levels and prompt issue resolution through inventory planning and coordination with internal parties, service providers, and external parties. Oversee daily inventory management activities encompassing document, information, product and operations workflows.

Responsible for the achievement of all inventory management related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as determined by the corporate operations and management. Review and verify any inventory adjustment request with corresponding supporting documents prior to updating the system. Support physical inventory count and reconciliation of the count result.

Continually strive to challenge the processes to improve efficiency and productivity, reduce cycle time and optimise cost of conducting business. Support management and cross-functional teams/internal stakeholders with reports, analysis, and updates. Any additional ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.
