Job description

CTG is seeking an experienced Enterprise Transformation Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for our client in the airline industry. This role requires a seasoned program leader with a strong background in security management, compliance, governance, and large-scale program delivery.

The ideal candidate will have proven airline industry experience and the ability to successfully manage executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and enterprise transformation efforts from planning through execution. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 4 months Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise transformation programs supporting strategic business and technology initiatives.

Manage large, cross-functional projects focused on security, compliance, governance, and operational excellence. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and executive status reports. Drive implementation planning while coordinating business, technology, and vendor teams. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

Oversee quality assurance activities and ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards. Monitor program performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership to align transformation efforts with organizational objectives. Manage project financials, resource planning, and delivery milestones.

Coordinate custom development initiatives and ensure solutions meet business and security requirements.

Required Skills

Airline industry experience is required Enterprise Program & Project Management Security Management Compliance & Governance Risk Management Performance Optimization Quality Assurance Implementation Planning Custom Development Coordination Executive Stakeholder Management Budget, Schedule, and Resource Management Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Local to the Dallas, TX area preferred Required Experience 10+ years of enterprise program or project management experience.

Proven success leading complex enterprise transformation initiatives. Demonstrated experience managing security, governance, and compliance programs. Strong background delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology and business initiatives. Experience managing executive stakeholders, vendors, and geographically distributed teams.

Expertise in project financial management, risk mitigation, and performance reporting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred. Master's degree is a plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
