Customer Account Coordinator

UCT is looking for a Customer Account Coordinator . The role focuses on supporting customers by creating and maintaining accounts, providing accurate information on orders, and handling product‑related inquiries. It includes processing orders, changes, billing, and returns through ERP/CRM systems while ensuring all customer interactions and cases are properly recorded.

The position works closely with the sales team to deliver a high level of service and meet customer expectations. It also involves sharing feedback with internal departments to help resolve issues quickly and improve processes.
