Food & Beverage Manager (Dining & Catering)

About the Role

FoodHub Bermuda is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our casual dining restaurants and growing catering business. The successful applicant will be responsible for the strategic leadership and hands-on management of both dine-in and off-site catering operations across multiple brands and locations.

Demonstrated success managing a startup casual dining establishment with catering services is essential. This role combines day-to-day operational leadership with sales development, client relations, and team performance management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong service mindset, operational efficiency, and creative problem-solving to a dynamic and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily dining room and catering operations.
2. Lead development of service standards and layouts.
3. Recruit, train, and coach front-of-house teams.
4. Monitor and improve guest experience.
5. Manage inventory and ordering for dining and catering.
6. Plan production and coordinate event logistics.
7. Create custom menus and packages.
8. Consult with clients and secure catering contracts.
9. Track budgets and pursue sales growth.
10. Handle all HR functions for staffing.
11. Maintain operational records and compliance.
12. Coordinate with marketing on events/promotions.
13. Drive new catering/dining opportunities.
14. Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
15. Any other duties as directed in support of the company’s leadership objectives.

Qualifications

& Skills

• 3+ years managing casual dining & catering.
• Demonstrated startup or turnaround experience.
• Bachelor’s in Hospitality or equivalent by experience.
• POS and catering software proficiency.
