Telecommunications and Support Internship

Tasks: Assist in the design, planning, implementation and execution of projects Supporting sales team of pre-sale processes Drafting proposals, calendar entries Cross-checking sales compliance Provision telecommunications, IT & ICT products & services Tracking order and provisioning checklists Updating CRM systems accurately Collaborate and liaise with vendors and clients on project delivery Monitor and track stock levels Manage ordering and receipt of stock Co-ordinate inbound and outbound freight movements Provide excellent customer and technical for prospective and existing customers Manage and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner Requirements About You: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptable and flexible individual able to work within a fast-paced environment
