Clubhouse Officer (Yuen Long / Kai Tak / Hong Kong Island)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Clubhouse Officer to oversee daily operations of a residential clubhouse. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing facilities, vendors, and recreational programs, while delivering outstanding customer service to residents. Responsibilities

Perform clubhouse management and to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor the general inspection of clubhouse areas and to ensure all clubhouse facilities are in good conditions. Perform vendor management and supervise vendor’s performance. Manage contractor administration and service contract renewal. Plan, organize and promote recreational activities and interest classes in the clubhouse.

Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

2 years + residential properties clubhouse experiences. Proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, polite and willing to learn. Excellent customer service skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Shift duty is required.
