Building Surveyor

Responsibilities

Lead technical staff to carry out operation, maintenance and works for building fabric to achieve an efficient, reliable and safe manner, ensuring that the required quality standards are achieved Provide technical support with respect to building maintenance aspects including tenant fitting out, reinstatement, minor alteration and modification work and advising technical comments Carry out regular audit of conditions of existing building fabrics and recommend and implement works to ensure that the required performance and quality standards are achieved Assist to perform regular review and recommendation of maintenance procedures to ensure that systems are being effectively maintained with optimum resources Support the arrangement of procurement, manage contracts, projects/works and activities.

Assist to compile and manage budget Handle technical issues and works Requirements Degree holder in building studies, building surveying or construction related discipline Minimum 5 years' experience in building maintenance, preferably in commercial building maintenance with 2 years at supervisory level-Good PC skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Working Location: Victoria Dockside (Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only)
