Manager of Design and Construction (St. Thomas)

The  Manager of Design and Construction  is responsible, in a territorial capacity, for managing and designing water transmission, distribution and storage facilities, buildings and structures upgrades, new constructions, rehabilitations, repairs and routine maintenance projects.  Develops project cost estimates and provides input in planning designs for engineering projects.
