Join Our Dynamic Engineering Team at Kober! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Engineer to become a vital part of our Engineering Team at our bacon slicing and packing facility in Cleckheaton . If you are passionate about Engineering and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you! Position Details:

• Schedule: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights), 6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am
• Location: Kober, Cleckheaton
• Site Based Role
• Contract Type: Permanent Your key responsibilities will include: Completion of reactive maintenance work when machinery breaks down to ensure impact to line efficiencies is minimised. Carrying out preventative maintenance to schedule. Ensure high standards or engineering workmanship across site. Team working on site development projects. Contribute to the development of existing and new standards for key items of equipment and facilities. Lead high standards of safety practices across the business. Complete routine tasks without being prompted, including any other duties relating to your role. Participate in Engineering focused activities Contribute towards continuous improvement projects. Support site technical issue resolution and completion of improvement actions through good engineering practices and guidance. Identify and share best practice and contribute towards raising awareness, improving performance and transitioning to a pro-active engineering culture What are we looking for? A minimum of L evel 3 NVQ Mechanical Engineering An electrical engineering qualification would be an added advantage Experience in a fast paced food manufacturing environment Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take direction Ability to challenge others in a professional and constructive manner Understanding of environmental requirements and responsibilities What's in it for you?
