We're looking for a Junior Creative Marketing Manager who gets a rush from turning ideas into scroll-stopping ads.

You’ll own the creative engine behind Kodree , a subscription-based platform helping people gain practical, hands-on skills in any subject through web and mobile apps on both iOS & Android. The platform adapts to each user’s level and language, ensuring an 80% practice-focused approach . Kodree is scaling fast, with most of its users in the US and other Tier-1 markets.

Read about our $10M investment Check out an interview with Kodree co-founder Your qualities and skills that will be valued: You combine creative thinking with an analytical mindset and want to grow in performance marketing You’re excited by both coming up with creative ideas and testing what actually works through experiments, A/B tests, and data You’re comfortable working with key performance metrics — CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPA, CVR, spend — or can learn them quickly and use them to make better creative decisions You’re naturally curious about people and audiences: what catches their attention, what motivates them, and how to turn those insights into high-performing creatives You can look at performance data, spot patterns and generate hypotheses about what to test next You’re detail-oriented and can turn ideas and insights into clear, actionable briefs for graphic designers and motion designers You’re curious, learn fast, and are comfortable working in an experiment-heavy, fast-moving environment English: B2+ Your additional advantages: Any evidence of your creative thinking works — a portfolio, past test tasks, or personal projects you've made on your own Experience with Meta or Tik.

Tok creatives, including basic Meta Ads Manager understanding You have strong AI skills (Claude, MCP, etc.) Your responsibilities will include: Developing high-performing creative concepts across Meta, Tik. Tok, Google, and App. Lovin. Drafting detailed creative briefs for graphic and motion designers. Analyzing creative performance to identify winners and scale top performers.

Researching audience pain points, desires, objections, and competitor ads. Contributing actively to creative brainstorms and cross-functional team initiatives.
