Auto-Chlor System is looking for a Field Operations Leader to help lead our South San Francisco team. Lead Your Team Coach, support, and motivate service team members Assist with onboarding and training new employees Help coordinate daily schedules and service routes Lead by example while promoting safety, accountability, and excellent customer service Grow Customer Relationships Build lasting partnerships with restaurant and hospitality customers Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Maintain existing accounts while identifying opportunities to expand services Recommend products and solutions that help customers operate more efficiently Support Daily Operations Perform preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment Troubleshoot equipment issues (paid technical training provided) Deliver products and maintain inventory for customer accounts Track service activity and communicate updates with branch leadership What We're Looking For We're looking for leaders who enjoy developing people and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

At least one year of supervisory, lead, or management experience Experience in customer service, route operations, hospitality, retail, logistics, warehouse, restaurant, or service industries Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn through paid training Valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience Physical Requirements Lift and transport up to 70 pounds Comfortable working in an active, hands-on environment Frequent driving throughout the South San Francisco area Ability to climb stairs at customer locations Availability for overtime and occasional on-call responsibilities About Auto-Chlor System Since 1938, Auto-Chlor System has been a trusted leader in commercial dishwashing equipment, cleaning solutions, and water treatment technologies.
