Volunteer Outreach Lead

Role Summary

The Volunteer Outreach Lead helps expand community engagement by coordinating outreach efforts, recruiting volunteers, and representing the organization at events and in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and lead volunteer outreach and recruitment initiatives Serve as a point of contact for community partners and volunteers Assist with onboarding and orientation of new volunteers Coordinate outreach events, presentations, and tabling efforts Track outreach activities and provide feedback to staff Mentor and support outreach assistants Desired Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups Organized and reliable Passion for community engagement and service SUPPORT & SUPERVISION: Volunteers will be supervised by the [Office Manager / Volunteer Coordinator / Program Director] and provided with orientation and ongoing support.
