Client Servicing Manager (Exhibitions/Events) Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Client Servicing Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellence in client management in the exhibitions and events industry. This role requires strong communications.

Requirements

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing & new clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met consistently. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including design, production, and operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.

Process Adherence: Meticulous adherence to all defined processes and systems of the company, fostering a culture of being process-driven to maintain consistency, efficiency, and quality Other general tasks in the purview of Client Management & project delivery Requirements:

• Experience in client servicing or account management roles within the exhibitions, events, BTL, media industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• MBA or other Diploma or Diploma in Architecture
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, presentation skills and process orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to travel globally
• Creativity / design minded is an additional advantage.
