Foreman - Grade Operator

The Grade Operator Foreman is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily grading operations in a heavy highway and infrastructure construction environment. This position provides leadership to grading crews, coordinates workforce and equipment needs, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and supports successful completion of project schedules and production goals.

The Grader Operator Foreman exercises independent judgment in directing field operations, resolving issues, and managing crew performance.
