Labor Foreman

The Labor Foreman is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily labor operations in a heavy civil, highway, bridge, and infrastructure construction environment. This position provides leadership to labor crews, coordinates workforce and equipment needs, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and supports successful completion of project schedules and production goals.

The Labor Foreman exercises independent judgment in directing field operations, resolving issues, and managing crew performance.
