The Role Outline: Your Shift at a Glance From a 50th birthday to a Bar Mitzvah, and from the Wedding of the Year to a high stakes working lunch, Village Hotel Clubs have the perfect space to celebrate in style. As our Meetings & Events Sales Office Manager, you are the commercial driver of these spaces. You will handle every enquiry professionally, proactively hunt for new business, and ensure flawless administration.

Your Shift: What You’ll Actually Be Doing We trust you to handle: The Commercial Strategy: Drive the M&E budget.

You will cater packages for all clients and replace guesswork with quantifiable application velocity metrics to forecast accurately. The Execution: Deliver absolute attention to detail. Ensure all event administration is flawless and communicated to operations with total precision. The Leadership: Manage a high performing team.

You will navigate defensiveness to coach your staff, review wage costs using TnA, and foster commercial awareness. The Internal Bridge: Protect the operation. Ensure seamless communication with the GM and front of house teams so they can actually execute the dream your team just sold. How We Succeed Together We do not micromanage.
