Quality Inspector - 1st Shift

Job Title: Quality Inspector – 1st Shift Location: Fort Smith, AR Pay: $16.00/hour or DOE (Depending on Experience) Schedule: 1st Shift | 10-hour shifts | Overtime Required Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team in Fort Smith . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality inspection and be proficient with standard inspection tools.

CMM experience is a plus . We’re looking for someone reliable with a stable, verifiable work history who is committed to producing quality work.

Responsibilities

Inspect incoming and outgoing materials and components Use tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc. Accurately document inspection results and maintain records Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action when needed Work 10-hour shifts and participate in required overtime Follow all company safety and quality procedures Requirements: Experience in quality inspection is required Proficient in using standard inspection tools CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) experience is highly preferred Must have a verifiable and stable work history Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights Must pass a drug test and background check
