I studied Agribusiness Economics and Management at the University of Arizona before transferring to the University of Utah, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications. I am actively involved with the Waukee Chamber of Commerce through event participation and sponsorships, and I was honored to be named the 2022 Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
