Now Implementation, this role involves designing, developing, and deploying applications across the Service. Now platform. The role focuses on delivering new capabilities during implementations and supporting production enhancements, balancing rapid delivery with long-term platform stability and alignment to enterprise IT strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Application Development: Designs and develops applications across the Service. Now platform using deep platform and configuration expertise. * Capability Delivery: Delivers new capabilities during implementations and supports production enhancements, including architectural changes and upgrades. * Platform Support: Balances rapid delivery with long-term platform stability, performance, and alignment to enterprise IT strategies. Required technical and professional expertise * Proven experience in Service. Now development, including customization, configuration, and enhancement of Service. Now applications. * Hands-on experience with the IT Service Management (ITSM) module, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management. * Experience in developing workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations, and automation within the Service. Now platform. * Familiarity with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) is highly preferred. * Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
