Available Shift Opportunities Opening Manager (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Start the day strong by setting the team up for success. Evening Manager (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) Lead the dinner rush while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Overnight Manager (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Manage operations and maintain excellence during overnight hours.

What You'll Do

As a Shift Manager, you'll help lead restaurant operations by: Leading and motivating team members during each shift Creating a positive work environment focused on teamwork and accountability Delivering outstanding customer service Coaching, training, and developing crew members Ensuring food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are met Managing shift performance and daily operations Handling customer concerns professionally and effectively Supporting restaurant goals for service, speed, and profitability Opening or closing the restaurant as needed What We're Looking For: Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to lead by example and motivate others Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ready to Lead?
