Id=619675&lang=en_US ABOUT THE CALIFORNIA VIRTUAL ACADEMIES AND THE STUDENT SUCCESS COORDINATOR: The California Virtual Academies (a network of 9 public charter schools) delivers online/virtual home based instruction to students in grades TK-12 in California.

While our schools do offer some scheduling flexibility, students are required to complete approximately 4-6 hours of coursework daily, complete all assignments, and attend required live instructional sessions. K12, inc. is our curriculum provider. The Student Success Coordinator leads CAVA's 504 and Child Find processes.

Working closely with families, teachers, school psychologists, and school leaders, the Coordinator ensures students who may need additional support are identified early, connected to the right pathway, and served in compliance with state and federal requirements.

/ Qualifications HOURS AND SALARY INFORMATION: Full time teachers work Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:00pm. You are not allowed to have another job during these contracted hours. Full Time: Annual salary based on holding a Bachelors or Masters Degree and up to 3 years of experience in California See the CAVA Salary Schedule under "Links Related to this Job" We do participate in CalSTRS.

• Permanent California Residence (Must currently reside in 1 of the 42 counties we service students and hire in)
• Valid/current Preliminary/Clear/Life California Multiple or Single Subject Teaching Credential
