What you'll do

Plan and run occupational therapy programs that support rehabilitation and functional independence Evaluate residents' physical and cognitive abilities, review medical information, and set individualized rehab goals Track resident progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed Build therapy activities that strengthen daily living, work, and life-management skills Recommend environmental and adaptive changes that help residents function safely Follow professional, ethical, and legal standards in every aspect of care What you'll need: Required: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active, current Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey 3–5 years of related experience Pay and benefits: $46.
