Co-op, In-Flight Services - Automation and Dashboarding (Spring 2027)

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) **We are seeking a Co‑Op student to support efforts in streamliningautomation processes for FACTS reporting and enhancing department-leveldashboard updates.**This role will play a key part in improving efficiency, reducing manual work, and ensuring consistency and accuracy across reporting outputs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in data analytics, automation, and business intelligence to gain hands-on experience working with operational data and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supportthe automation and optimization of FACTS processes, includingrecurring reporting workflows and data preparation. + Assistwith dashboard updates across departments, ensuring accuracy,consistency, and timeliness. + Identifyopportunities to reduce manual processes and recommend automationsolutions. + Partnerwith stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and helptranslate them into scalable solutions.

• Performdata validation and quality checks to ensure integrity of outputs. + Documentprocesses, automation logic, and reporting definitions. + Providesupport for ad hoc reporting and analysis requests. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Currentlyenrolled in a Bachelor’s (Data Analytics, Information Systems,.

Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field at an accredited institution,college or university. +Abilityto commit to the full duration of the 3-rotation program: Spring 2027,. Fall 2027, and Summer 2028+ Stronginterest in automation, data analytics, and process improvement. + Proficiencyin Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation).

• Familiaritywith data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). + Exposureto automation tools or programming (e.g., Python, SQL, Power.
