Senior Associate, Personal Injury

The Opportunity An established, quasi - in house insurance-backed legal practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join its personal injury team in Sydney. This role offers genuine autonomy, end-to-end file ownership, and direct engagement with insured clients — without the pressure of billable targets or business development.

You’ll be trusted to manage complex personal injury matters while working within a collaborative, close-knit team that values technical excellence and practical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
