Dishwasher

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our growing New York team! With our three business segments, Airline Catering, International Event Catering, Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world.

Responsibilities

Operate commercial equipment, including dishwashing machines, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers. Wash and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, butcher blocks, and other food-preparation surfaces as assigned. Transfer supplies and equipment safely between storage and work areas while following proper lifting procedures.

Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies, equipment, and products. Sort, remove, and dispose of trash and waste in designated containers. Steam-clean or hose down garbage containers in assigned areas. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas throughout the shift. Follow all company sanitation, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

At least one year of relevant or equivalent experience preferred. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Dependable, proactive, and well-organized. Works effectively both independently and as part of a team. Capable of completing assigned tasks efficiently while meeting strict deadlines. Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods.

Willing to work in environments with varying temperatures. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move supplies and equipment. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
