- Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
- Providing advice on legal matters.
- Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
- Reviewing legal material
- Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
- Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses
- Reviewing legal cases before filing from law firm.
- Solving disputes through friendly settlement.
- Assisting external lawyers in drafting memorandum and defence
- Meetings with court experts.
- Representing the company and its employees in front of the court / police station / ministries and other governmental entity.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 5 years Languages : Bilingual “ fluent in both Arabic and English “ Background : Qatar jurisdiction / real estate and construction dispute resolution.
