Your Role

Manage your section of the kitchen and maintain high food quality and hygiene standards. Work with a talented team to create exceptional dishes. Bring creativity, innovation, and a passion for Italian cuisine. Key Hey Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role at a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.

Proficiency in culinary techniques, with a strong foundation in Italian cuisine preferred. Creativity and passion for innovation, demonstrated through the development of new menu concepts and recipes. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the culinary team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.
