SNACK BAR ATTENDANT Greets customers and takes food orders; provides information about menus; looks for opportunity to “upsell” products. Operates cash register and receives payment from customer in cash or credit form, accurately counts and provides change to customers as required. Prep and cook all snack bar Stock snack bar as appropriate with prepared Receives inventory, moves and lifts food and beverage products and supplies.

Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing. rotating and checking temperature of products. Clean and sanitizes work station and equipment. Take down and properly store or dispose of left over Clean and sanitize bar Set-up and storage of equipment used to serve Know and follow all safety and sanitary rules and regulations related to food Take cash and make change and maintain records as required electronically and in printed format if and when needed.

Daily set-up and closing of cash including end of day cash pulls. Wipes down counters and commons area ensuring it is ready for the following Close out cart attendant stand sheets and inventory. Stock coffee station tray. Reports safety, sanitary and fire hazards immediately to Maintain appropriate certifications and training hours as Comply with applicable state, local and federal laws, rules and Interacts thoughtfully and courteously with golfers, staff and guests.
