Team members play a key role in ensuring events are set up professionally and cleaned efficiently after completion. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Break down event setups and return equipment to designated storage locations. Sweep and mop all dining rooms, bar area, dessert room, common areas, and dance floor. Remove trash and recyclables and ensure proper disposal. Vacuum all rugs throughout banquet areas. Clean all bathroom areas, disinfect, and restock all paper goods.

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, and linens. Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times. Work collaboratively with banquet, catering, and event staff to ensure successful events.

Qualifications

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Previous banquet, hospitality, janitorial, warehouse, or event setup experience is a plus, but not required. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
