Operation Integrity Regional Manager | Oil and Gas | Egypt

Drive operational integrity, service quality, and standardization across the region. Provide technical oversight Monitor operational performance and lead initiatives to reduce NPT and improve efficiency.

Promote strong HSE culture and lead risk management and incident investigations. Conduct audits, field visits, and performance reviews. Ensure workforce competency, training, and development. Drive cost optimization and efficient resource utilization. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related).

12+ years of experience in drilling services and remedial operations. Minimum 5 years in a leadership or regional role. Strong technical knowledge in at least two service lines (TRS, Drilling , fishing, Thru tubing , DHT ).
