Community Assistant

Summary: This role plays a vital part in fostering engagement, communication, and performance across a high-velocity network of Sales Agents, Ambassadors, and Fellows. Acting as the central coordination hub, the individual ensures timely delivery of opportunities, product launches, and training initiatives via WhatsApp.

By managing group dynamics, driving program execution, and generating actionable insights from performance data, the role directly contributes to scalable growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities

Manage and maintain active WhatsApp groups for Sales Agents, Ambassadors, and Fellows Disseminate time-sensitive updates, new offers, and strategic opportunities across platforms Promote new products using WhatsApp Status and targeted group announcements Lead and facilitate training sessions, team meetings, and onboarding programs Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach and engagement initiatives Collect, analyze, and consolidate team performance data into clear, actionable reports Monitor engagement metrics and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in team coordination, communications, or program support Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in managing large-scale WhatsApp groups and digital communication tools Ability to maintain consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all interactions Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Prior experience in training facilitation, event coordination, or team engagement is a plus
